Do you have a special needs child? Are you overwhelmed and stressed?
You have come to the right place. I have been there and I can help.
Have you felt judged by others who think they know your circumstances better than you? Perhaps a family member or friend read a book and gave you unsolicited advice. Or maybe you're surrounded by professionals who have opposite views of how to handle your situation. You feel invalidated, angry, hurt, and full of self-doubt. Often, the most powerful gift you can give yourself is a safe space to be fully received and understood -- to see and hear your own heart and mind so you can find clarity and align your actions.
Are you tired of hearing, "You're so strong. I don't know how you do it"? Neither do you. Is there a choice? You do it because you must, because quitting isn't an option. You don't feel strong. You know that you have trauma and negative beliefs that interfere with mothering, caretaking, self-care and advocating in the ways that you need and want. You also know that prioritizing your healing allows others to do their healing, while also freeing you to be more present and available in your relationships. You're not a saint. Yes, you are strong, but you get to be real too.
There are so many stressors on a special needs family. 80-87% of marriages fail under the pressure and fewer than 5% of disabled kids live with a single dad. Moms primarily carry the load. This is why it is vital for Moms to master the relationship skills to know exactly what to do to restore and maintain communication and connection in the relationships that are your lifeline. Whether with your spouse, child, family or friend, doctor, therapist, teacher, clients or boss, knowing how a relationship functions and being able to pin point an area that 's not working, gives you the ability to grow skills that can shift the whole dynamic.

ABOUT ME
Hello! I am Arya Harris Keller, Mind Clearer & Happiness Coach
After receiving my BA (Hon), I considered a career in academia but chose to become an adoptive mom to two children instead. My son has Written Output and Generalized Anxiety Disorders, and my daughter has Reactive Attachment Disorder. Like most Special Moms, I have dedicated significant time – years – to researching and understanding my kids’ issues, making me an unofficial expert of sorts. I also have a lifelong interest in spirituality and personal development, which led me to some profound teachers who set me on the path of yoga, Enlightenment Intensives and Mind Clearing. I love how Mind Clearing has a foundation in deep spiritual truth but remains secular, practical, and relevant to everyday life. I originally studied Mind Clearing to be a better mom, but I found my passion in this transformational work. For more than a decade, I have been giving and receiving sessions while raising my family. I believe that behind every good Clearer is a good Clearer. I walk my talk. It would be my sacred honor to be your guide on your journey.
